We kindly ask all guests to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone, respecting neighbours and being mindful of noise level:
1. You must respect the property and treat it with care. Any damage, negligence, or misuse may result in additional charges. 🏠
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $400 fine will apply if any signs of smoking are detected indoors. 🚭
3. Parties, events, or loud music are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations will result in penalties, and in some cases, immediate removal from the property without a refund. 🚫
4. Pets are not allowed. If a pet is brought in without approval, additional cleaning fees and penalties will apply. 🚫🐕
5. Please help us keep the space clean for the next guest. While professional cleaning is provided after each stay, excessive mess or failure to maintain reasonable cleanliness may result in additional cleaning charges. ✨️🧹
6. Lost keys will incur a $250 replacement fee to cover locksmith services & replacement if necessary. 🔑
7. Early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance and approved by the host. Additional charges may apply depending on availability. 🕘
8. If you miss your scheduled check-in time and require additional arrangements, a fee will apply for the extra coordination and support required. 🏃♂️
9. Any damaged, stolen or broken items during your stay will be assessed and charged accordingly based on the cost of repair or replacement. 💔
10. Mail and package deliveries are not permitted at the property. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or undelivered mail sent during your stay. 🚫📦
11. Please do not use any towels including face and hand towels for makeup removal, tanning products, or anything that may cause staining. Dedicated makeup wipes/products are recommended to avoid extra cleaning charges. 🚫💄
