"To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time. However, we waited. We figured they were cleaning up the room. We were informed the front door was actually broken and it’d take about 15 more minutes to be checked-in. "Loved this place! Very clean and gave us a chance to relax at the end of busy city days. Supermarket & mall just around the corner and very Grab tuktuk to anywhere in the city. Apartment was very comfortable and tv and washing machine a real bonus. Nice staff "
