A good experience in Somerset!

The room is tidy and clean. The condition of gym and the swimming pool is excellent. However, there is no restaurant and bar in the hotel and I think this is the only weak point of this hotel. I will consider to stay here again when I go to Cambodia next time.

This is the third time I stay in this hotel. The room is excellent but not sure why there was strong odour came from the toilet and can’t be fixed. Recreation facility, swimming is good. The staff “Sky” is very helpful and kind. Will stay in this hotel next time if I go to Cambodia again.

This is the 2nd time I stay in this hotel. Facility is still maintain in high standard. Although the location is not close to the shopping but I highly recommend you to stay there.😁A minor issue was found during I stay there, the direction of room 1610 seems wrong. Anyway, I will choose the same hotel when I come to Cambodia again.

Home away from home

The staff was amazingly friendly. The vibe of the place felt like home. The view up on the top floor with the infinity pool was very relaxing although I never got in. The breakfast every morning was also a nice treat and the staff serving was awesome. I would definitely come back

早餐品項不多, 但乾淨營養, 整體還可以。附件沒什麼餐廳跟商店, 吃飯購物還是要去約10-15分車城外的AEON 1選擇才會多。大部分員工都很客氣親切, 樂於解決客戶問題, 但check out 時遇到一個員工, 態度隨便不積極, 如果沒問就不打算給我invoice, 真是離譜！

My 2nd home

Sommerset was like my home while i go to Phnom Penh, Front staff recall me already. The area is mostly resident - it 's quite. Bed and Pillow still in good condition . Room furnishing is standard I fell it more better than other hotel i used to stay Recommend for long stay

The property is new but don't expect so much for breakfast as there's very limited options for food. I prefer to go eating outside. Room is new and fitness is top notched; The streets in front of the hotel is not in very good condition but quite far from malls or walking street.

一番安い部屋に宿泊(約10000円)しました。部屋はカンボジアでは驚くほど狭く、トランクを床に置いて開くことができませんでした。通常の一部屋を2分割したものでした。空調や水回りは正常です。朝食は最低限のものはありますが、魅力ではありません。やはりここは長期滞在用なのでしょう、レストランもカフェもなく、ホテル周辺にもなにもありません。中心部までも遠く、旅行者には間違いなく不向きなロケーションです。
