「Meikleour Arms is a unique inn on a large estate (hence "Arms," which refers to the coat of arms of the estate owner. Cozy inn, delicious meals (venison from the estate, for instance), lots of personality. We loved staying here, and fishing with Ian, the "ghillie" who put me onto a beautiful sea trout and taught me how to cast a spey rod. 」

「A good base if you are exploring the Snow Roads of Cairngorms National Park. Easy checkin and a spacious room. Free water and basic breakfast is provided which is an added bonus.
The only "complain" is the wavering toilet seat but it is not a big issue.」
「Fabulous hotel, everything in walking distance so parked up in the spacious car park and enjoyed Pitlochry on foot.
We made use of the hotels ev parking. Plenty of charging stations.
We were in a newly furnished family room on the ground floor, very comfortable beds, lovely bathroom with walk in shower.
Breakfast was included, they had everything you would expect and it was delicious and hot. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Would recommend a visit to Hettys tea shop...
