The staff when we first arrived was very abrupt, i paid for parking at the hotel which i had not been informed about, i was given no option other than to pay by card. They were not polite about this at all. I did not use the restaurant or bar because of this reason, breakfast was ok. Staff should be trained on how they communicate to guests arriving.

Our stay at Cheval The Edinburgh Grand exceeded all expectations. Housed in a beautifully restored bank, the luxury apartments feature fully equipped kitchens, premium bedding, and modern comforts, while on-site amenities—like the fitness centre, bar/lounge, daily breakfast at The Register Club, 24-hour front desk, and complimentary Wi-Fi—add an extra layer of convenience and style . Most memorable of all was the genuinely warm hospitality: every team member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always with a friendly smile and prompt assistance . We can’t wait to return for another exceptional experience.
