It was charming and very reasonable for me, my husband and son. The room had 3 beds and everything we needed. So glad we stayed here and would stay again. "For people that love to walk around quiet, not people crowded area. This is the place to go! Restaurants and gift shops are only about a 10 min walk and also a bus stop about the same walk! Very friendly and all cleaned up every day my lady and I went out to explore or eat out! Will come back if ever decide to come back to Japan!"

"Wow, we just finished an unbelievable stay at this wonderful brand new hotel. The building and accommodations were stunningly beautiful. Artistic grandeur at every turn. Wonderful views of Nagoya Castle and their own private Japanese garden. An extraordinary swimming pool, onsen, and sauna with full cedar logs. What was even more impressive was the generous and dedicated staff. They pampered us, treated us exceptionally at every opportunity. They all made us feel like special guests. ...

"It was a very reasonable start on Sunday. It is a bit far from the central of Sakae but acceptable. The space is enough for a single business person. The room is clean. It has a small hot spring. It is comfortable."

"Booked a non-smoking room but upon check in, only a smoking room was available. This is basically the only time I will complain about anything because no matter how much mystery spray is used, a smoking room is a smoking room."
