"I ended up not staying there. Everything was dirty and smelled horrible. The first room they gave me the front door didn’t even close properly so I had to get assigned a different room. That one was absolutely horrible. Not clean at all. "

"Beds are firm. Bathroom has good lighting for glam. The window only opens about 2 inches. They did not have shuttle service in the am, they only offered at nighttime for pick up from Disneyland. I had to uber in the morning $20. The overnight parking is $25 per night. Daylight saving time changed this weekend and housekeeping forgot to update alarm clock in room. Thank goodness for our cell phones or else I would be 1 hour late to Disney "

"So many pros and cons about our stay. Our room was clean, but it was in disrepair. The padding under the carpet was dissolved. The carpet was dirty. The tiles in the shower were falling off. The curtains had holes, the sheets were paper thin. The house keeping staff did everything they could to make the room nice but it was gross. They are redoing rooms and the ones that have been redone look so nice! The location was fantastic, walking to knotts was easy. The pool was nice clean and a little bit heated. We were never told about a breakfast so we never looked. I booked a room that had additional space but the room we had was a standard one when I asked the front desk about it. They said all of them were that size except two were bigger and not available. So if you want the room in the picture with a dinning table you might not get it. Which was disappointing. I’m undecided if we would come back again. "

"Parking was terrible. More rooms than parking. Handicap was being used by anyone without placards. Breakfast was ok. There was a drunk guy next door causing problems and theowing glass bottles into the main street and parking lot, it wasn't handled accordingly. Room was clean and beds were super comfy. "
