We had booked a superior suite, but we're accidentally placed in a standard suite the first night. We raised the error and the management was quick to resolve by giving us an upgrade to a grande suite. Both rooms were very clean and spacious, with nice big beds. The staff we spoke to were all very friendly and helpful. It was nice to receive tea and coffee each day even if you chose to not have the room cleaned. There were also slippers in the rooms, which is always a nice touch. Location was excellent and easy to reach tourist attractions on foot or by public transport.

Fantastic location and great staff. The beds were extremely comfortable but made sounds when moving around so you’re not as comfortable with the stability of it.
