El personal es excepcional, su trato y sus atenciones son de otro nivel! El cuarto amplio, con buen clima, limpio en general, solo estaba un poco sucio debajo de la cama y el cuarto que nos tocó tenías unos desperfectos en las ventanas del baño. Al rededor de la propiedad hay mucho ruido de autos y motos y en los cuartos también se logra percibir un poco el ruido de otras habitaciones. En general todo muy muy bien, lo recomiendo ampliamente y sin duda volvería.

The staff that works at the property is extremely rude I had a friend of mine that from Venezuela to visit me they treated her with total disrespect and the dark skin girl that worked the front desk had the nerve to laugh in my face would not recommend this place to no one

Minha experiência no 33 Hotel Boutique foi bastante decepcionante. Fiquei hospedado por 2 noites e encontrei vários problemas que não condizem com a descrição e as imagens apresentadas no site da Expedia. • Quarto extremamente barulhento: Fiquei em um quarto voltado para a rua e o isolamento acústico era praticamente inexistente. Todo o barulho do trânsito e da movimentação externa entrava no quarto, o que dificultou muito o descanso. • Instalações precárias: O quarto estava mal conservado, com móveis desgastados e aparência antiga. Nada parecido com as fotos promocionais. • Café da manhã frustrante: As imagens no anúncio mostram um café completo e bem servido, mas na prática era muito básico e mal apresentado, deixando muito a desejar. • Falta de itens essenciais no banheiro: Não havia shampoo, condicionador ou itens de higiene que normalmente são oferecidos em hotéis desse porte. Pelo valor pago e pelas expectativas criadas nas plataformas, esperava muito mais. Não recomendaria e certamente não me hospedaria novamente.

El precio es bueno: cuarto limpio, grande, con desayuno incluido. Eso si, hay que tomar en cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen persianas y que dan sobre la avenida. Por el ruido y la luz uno se despierta a las 6am. Tambien quiero recalcar que hay que evitar la zona del puente cerca del hotel. Si recomiendo el hotel? Si lo recomiendo si tiene un presupuesto corto y si se queda poco tiempo en Medellín. Las habitaciones son grandes y limpias. Es practico para una estadía corta. Personal amable y atento
