「Needs some work! The third flight of stairs is very narrow with no handrail. The noise every night we were there was loud until 12-1 a from tenants in 2nd floor apartments. There was a lot of dog waste in the front yard that was not picked up. The apartment floor was dirty but the beds and other furniture were fine.」

「We stayed for 9 nights at this property in the center of Franklin; it is brand new and was very clean. It is within one block of four great restaurants. A store that rents bikes for many of the area trails (we rode 5 miles along the Allegheny River on a paved trail to Belmar Bridge) is just over a block away.
