「Overall good experience with a few things to be aware of.
Positives: Comfortable space & extremely comfortable bed; Clean; Convenient location for downtown - be aware can be loud as there are bars and restaurants nearby. This didn't bother me at all, but if you are a light sleeper, it might.
Negatives:
1) Check-in process was confusing - and instructions being sent last minute with a request for additional money prior to being given the exact address meant my uber dropped me off further away...

「We enjoyed the stay. The home is so close and convenient to all things UofL. It was definitely a plus that sheets and towels were provided. I wish the kitchen was better equipped with cookware and other kitchen essentials (silverware, pans, pots, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, etc), because I was hoping to cook my son some home cooked meals while visiting, but the lack of cookware prevented us from doing that. Other than that, we had a lovely stay, and now that we know the kitchen situation, we’ll...

「I can’t imagine a better location to stay than this. There were restaurants and shops right outside of the door. The size was perfect but felt bigger because the layout (bed facing TV). I loved the windows that opened to the NuLu Market. It’s a bustling area but the noise didn’t interfere with sleep. The price was unbeatable. It was clean and trendy. Easy communication with the owners. Location location location. Walkable and really no need to leave the neighborhood. Thanks for the fun...
