*Spring and Summer* lake access down the road for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding. Luce County Park is a 10 minute drive for swimming, playground and beach. Close to scenic hiking trails and breathtaking waterfalls, incuding the famous Tahquamenon Falls and Pictured Rocks. Nearby ATV trails and peaceful roads perfect for biking and exploring the U.P.
*Fall* Stunning fall foliage with colorful drives through the U.P. Prime time for hiking, photography, and cozing up by the fire.
*Winter* Access to snowmobile trails right by the property, Enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or ice fishing nearby. Warm-up inside after a day of snow-filled fun with your crew.

This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath rental is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable and convenient stay. Keep warm with a pellet stove, propane wall furnace, and electric wall heaters, and stay cool during warmer months with window air conditioners, ceiling fans and box fans.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, crock pot, toaster, coffee maker (coffe,tea and hot chocolate provided), pots and pans, electric skillet, smokeless grill, waffle iron, dishes, silverware, glasses, serving utensils, pizza stone, coffee mugs, and starter essentials like coffee, salt, and pepper.
The bathroom is furnished with soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, a hair dryer, washcloths, and towels for your convenience.

The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, and DVD player, and DVD's and games—perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor fun. The pellet stove is also located in the living room.

Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed and a TV, while Bedroom 2 has two sets of bunk beds (single over double) and its own TV—great for kids or extra guests.

Washer and dryer are located on site for your convience.

Outside you fill find a deck with beautiful views of East Lake and the smell of fresh air. There is also a fire pit for your enjoyment along with a Webber grill for grilling your favorite meals. Fenced in yard.
