Surrounded by lush trees, the log-style home provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Located less than a mile from the exhilarating ski slopes of Wisp Resort, it's a haven for winter sports enthusiasts. The interior boasts an open concept design, seamlessly integrating the kitchen, living, and dining areas. A focal point of the living room is the large stone fireplace, creating a warm ambiance for relaxation. For entertainment, the lower level features a game room/den complete with a pool table and wet bar, providing a lively space for friendly competition and socializing. Step outside onto the expansive wrap-around deck to enjoy your morning coffee before heading out for a day of adventure. Spend your summer days hiking the local state parks, rent a boat to explore the lake, or enjoy plenty of other local activities. In the winter, spend you time on the slopes enjoying the snow before coming back and relaxing in the soothing hot tub or around the outdoor fireplace under the covered side deck. Ski Access is located about .6 miles from the North Camp Slopes. Access dependent on slope availability. Slope availability does vary throughout the season. For slope conditions, please visit Wisp Resort’s website.
Lake access located along Marsh Hill Rd. Access is for fishing only. No swimming, kayaking, or launching of other vessels permitted.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.
