We had a mix up with our room on the first night. The amazing staff worked to rectify the problem as soon as possible. Staff are incredible!! The breakfast at the hotel is plentiful and has every conceivable option. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Really nice and welcoming hotel, convenient to shopping, public transportation, and museums. All staff was outstanding. Stayed four nights and zero complaints. Would definitely recommend!
