"The condo was perfect! The only problem was Deer Valley closed due to lack of snow prior to our arrival. Had Deer Valley been open the location would’ve been amazing! Take the elevator from the fourth floor down to the first floor. Get your gear on in the ski locker room and walk out the door. You are on the slope with maybe 20 yards of walking. And that slope leads right down to the lift. We have been to Park City in early April two other times and both times had tons of snow. We just got unlucky this year. We did make the hour drive over to Snowbird and skied two days. Amazing the difference in snow cover from one side of the mountain range to the other. But get to Snowbird very early or reserve parking! I never experienced anything like that parking fiasco we had the first day over there. But overall a fun trip. Would definitely stay at Arrowleaf again but next time I will wait until later to book so we can see what the snow season is looking like. "

"The location was great at the top of Main Street in Park City, the room, staff and property left something to be desired. Room: bed not completely made, shower curtain ripped, towels had holes, no dead bolt or safe on door. Staff: never had anyone at front desk answer the phone - not one time in the 7 attempts over 4 months I tried - sad. Property: we were in the building on Park Ave - trash overflowing cans and one had been ripped over so trash cascading down the hill to the hot tub; 3 huge branches laying in limited parking spaces so couldn’t park there; trash in common areas, hot tub filthy. Would go back to Park City but wouldn’t stay here again."

"Beautiful setting in Deer Valley with close proximity to skiing, historic Park City town and Stein Eriksen Lodge. Spacious unit for our group of 6. Lots of amenities for adults and children in the unit. Property managers were responsive when requesting instruction on use of equipment or repairing as needed. "

"Incredible views, incredible house, incredible decor. Everything was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. Perfect for a big group. Kitchen was fully stocked, the owner was super communicative and quickly responded to questions, and everything was perfect."

"We had a wonderful stay in Deer Valley. The property was in great shape and had easy access to the slopes. Beautiful views right through the windows. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and the communication with the property manager was excellent throughout. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location. That made it worth any small issues. Furniture tired, Owners had Christmas decorations in the master closet. Microwave and dishwasher malfunctioning. Some of blankets had stains and needed replaced. I stayed there 6 years ago. It definetly needs some attention"
