"Parking would have been tight if more guests had been there, but was fine as we were only ones there"

"Property was welcoming to dogs but there wasn’t a way to get pre-authorization - although they requested it- even though I didn’t get that information until I checked in. There were no blankets! There was a light cover and a sheet on the bed. No blankets in the closet just one extra pillow. Also no Kleenex. Please was clean. Lovely view and nice beach frontage. Unfortunately the property owner decided to blow the leaves from the property. Then crews came to work on the property -backhoe, dump truck- loud. When I took the dog for a walk the crew was smoking pot. This was supposed to be a time away for me in the off quiet off season to get some work done. The dog got so worked up because he could hear stuff that we had to leave. Also, the management knew a crew would be there doing work and they still asked if I wanted to extend my stay! I would have been so mad if I said yes and paid, and then had to listen to and watch the work being done! I am sure they are getting ready for the busy season but it was disappointing."

"The manager messaged me letting me know the details. We had 1 small hiccup as i was the first of the year, as soon as a notified them if said issue, they responded immediately and fixed it. They are extremely friendly and kind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice little get away. Oh and the waterfall is such an amazing feature while sitting out and reading. "

"I’m very disappointed with this stay and feel it’s important to share my experience for future guests.While early check-in was offered, the access code was not provided at that time, causing unnecessary confusion. Once I did receive the code, I was informed that the hot water “may not be working,” which is a major concern for any stay.Upon arrival, the property was not thoroughly cleaned. There was visible rust in the toilet, as well as sand and dirt in the shower. Additionally, the kitchen sink had little to no water pressure, making it nearly impossible to cook or clean—basic functions that should be expected.I notified the host about the water pressure issue and did not receive a response for 17 hours. When I finally heard back, I was told that the pictures I sent through VRBO were not received and that maintenance would be notified. However, I remained at the property and no one ever arrived. Instead, I was instructed to try to fix the faucet myself by unscrewing the faucet head. Unfortunately, that was not possible as the fixture was rusted, and I did not have tools available.This was my fourth stay at this property, and while I have overlooked previous issues, this experience crossed a line. The inability to reliably access hot water and running water in the kitchen made it impossible to meet basic daily needs.I would not recommend this property based on my experience."

"This home was gorgeous and even better in person than in the pictures. Every detail has been thought out by the owners, including accommodations for my senior dog. We had a family ranging in age from 11 months to 72 years old, and there was something for everyone. Beautifully appointed rooms, plenty of space for quiet time, open concept in the kitchen, dining and living areas so we could spend time together. The whole family was comfortable and we'd all like to come back next year. If it was possible to give 6 out of 5 stars, I would. The owners were so easy to communicate with through the VRBO app and very quick to respond. Wonderful place to stay, highly recommend!!"

"This was our 3rd time staying at Bliss on the Bluff. We had a great time relaxing here after the holidays. This time of the year is always quiet and peaceful in this area. This house is in a great location and is very welcoming, comfortable and clean. If you need anything the owners are always great to work with!"

"The cabin was cute and cozy. I just wish it was cleaned a little better before we got there. We found whiskers on the back of the bathroom sink and several areas around furniture were dusty.there was no dish drying rack amd we bought ice cube trays that we left for the next guests Overall was agreat rental. The location was perfect .would definitely stay again."
