"I enjoyed my time at Caballo Blanco in Mahahual. A calm and relaxed space. Tina, the owner was very helpful and kind, and is readily available. She was welcoming and provided good information about the area. It’s great to have the beach just feet away from the hotel and the restaurant next door easily caters with food and drinks. Although there was some sargassum, the community worked hard to clean it up. A small beach town that feels safe and welcoming. :)"

After reconfirming several times our booking, they realized their error but it took them a while to tell us they would give us other rooms which seemed difficult for them to offer us from the beginning. "Tuvimos que salirnos después de la primera noche. Las cabañas están bien y están nuevas pero las condiciones de olor de sargazo en esa zona es intolerable. Si van a tener huéspedes deberían limpiar el sargazo como lo hacen en casi todas las partes de la playa "

"Me parecio muy elevada la tarifa por lo que se ofrece. Quieren emular a las instalaciones u hospedajes de TULUM sin lograrglo del todo, aunque el precio es similar. a Tulum. Se trata de un club de playa con 2 habitaciones muy rusticas, tipo cabana, pero bastante comfortables. La ubicacion de las habitaciones no es comoda para ninos, para personas mayores o con movilidad restringida, ya que hay que subir escaleras de madera tipo caracol para llegar a ella.
