「Amazing hotel right in the heart of Corralejo. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Always a hello or a good morning from which ever member of staff you come across. Rooms are all equipped and spacious. If you want that bit more outside space go for a room which a hot tub. You have your own patio with sun loungers and an umbrella. This was our third visit to this hotel, we are planning for our fourth 」

「The resort it-self is very big and splinted into different levels of stay. We stayed at the Royal level which was very comfortable and included many restaurant entrance to the many available in the resort. There is a large choice of pools and were kept clean every day of use. The only thing I was not please about was the cleaning service, we stayed for 3 nights but the maids did not clean the floors apart from the basic of changing towels if needed and throwing trash away. 「ホテルから出て目の前がビーチなので、とても良かった。食事はハーフボードで申し込んだので夜も毎回お料理が変わり飽きる事なく美味しい料理を食べる事が出来た。お寿司とお味噌汁のある日もあって最高だった。残念な事は部屋の掃除。アメニティのコットン等も初日だけしかなく、水も買わなきゃいけない。タオルも置いてくれて無かった等色々… それ以外は最高でした。」

「En primer lugar destacar la excelencia del personal tanto en recepción como en el buffet y camareras piso. El único problema destacable ha sido que la habitación no poseía cortinas opacas del todo eran bastante translúcidas con lo cual pues no pude descansar correctamente en un principio aunque gracias al personal de habitaciones , en concreto a la subgovernanta, pusieron otra cortina extra y pude descansar. 「Stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The resort and staff were excellent, the food was good (although declined a little in the second week) and the location makes most places walkable. Corralejo is a quiet town with beautiful beaches, and Arena Beach was a great base to relax and from which to explore the town and further afield. Recommended.」
