「Food was amazing, communal areas were perfect and plenty of amenities. All staff are very pleasant and really helpful. The only issue I had was with the room initially - tiny bugs were in the kitchen area (I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for a while). Maybe common in these locations - I’m not sure. However, it was clean overall and bug spray I got at a local shop sorted this out.」

「プエルトデルロザリオのバスターミナルから歩きました。ホテルのある通りの名前を言えば地元の人はすぐわかるようで、行き方を教えてもらえたので迷わずにたどり着けました。 レセプションの方はとてもフレンドリーで親切でチェックインもスムーズでした。 部屋は冷蔵庫、扇風機、湯沸かしポット、アメニティは石鹸、シャンプー、歯ブラシ、くし、等があります。 ありがたかったのは無料のミネラルウォーター2本です。 フエルトベントゥーラは水道水を沸かしても何か癖があり、飲用向けではないので、このサービスは本当に助かります。 床の掃除はあまり丁寧ではないのでスリッパはあった方がいいです。 シャワーカーテンが短めなのでバスルームの床が濡れてしまう等、多少の欠点はありますが、Wi-Fiも良好で全体的に悪くはないです。 」

「We booked this hotel expecting a four-star experience and paid extra for the premium upgrade. Unfortunately, it fell well short. The biggest disappointment by far was the food. Breakfast was genuinely poor, and the buffet seemed terrified of seasoning. If you're coeliac, vegetarian or especially lactose intolerant, the choice is extremely limited. The Mexican restaurant somehow managed to remove every trace of flavour from Mexican food, we actually walked out without finishing our meal. We...
