"AC was good, but very loud when running. Very clean rooms, but could use some updating. Most of the staff was friendly except the guy at check out as he could not provide a printed invoice or tell us total cost as we booked room thru Hotels.com. Told us it would be emailed to us but have yet to receive it a day later. "

"The room was clean and spacious! Linens were very nice and the beds very comfortable! The property grounds were beautiful with palm trees with areas to sit and socialize. The pool was beautiful with fountains and a hot tub. The property was so lovely it’s unfortunate that property management allowed items that should have been trashed to remain on the premises. The chair in our room needed to be reupholstered; the life ring at the pool was torn and two if the chaise chairs were faded and torn. These items took away from an exceptional experience."

"Amazing house would definitely stay again! We did have some issues contacting owners on how dock lights worked. So night fishing off dock was a no go, all the neighbors were catching stuff bc of their lights but we couldn’t figure our lights out. Internet went off the last day but there is so much to do at house we didn’t worry with it. Amazing amenities. The pool guy did show up to clean pool while we were in it on day one and then we had to get out for an hour which my kids were not happy about lol. And the lawn guys came the morning we were checking out early in the morning while we were swimming and fishing and would not leave. My husband finally got mad enough and pushed them out because they were blowing stuff all over us. Few little hiccups for the price that were annoying but overall the house is AMAZING and we truly had the best time. So clean, great amenities, such comfy beds and a great layout! "

"The staff was really nice, however our room was not clean at check in. Trash in the trash can and on bathroom floor, food items in the fridge and one towel. We were moved to another room and no wash cloths and there was dirt/ sand on one bed. Trash stayed on the floor by the ice machine and never saw housekeeping. "
