"Had a great 6 night stay at this property. The place was clean and as advertised. Awesome location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get anywhere, I-5 was close to get to LA or San Diego. Also a short trip to Laguna Beach and the PCH. Host was very helpful and friendly. Zero issues, definitely will keep this property in mind for other visits in the future."

"We were blown away ar tge selections and service. The food was top notch. Our complements to the chef and the servers and staff. Everyone were so kind and made thecwhole experience something that we will remember forever. They made our stay very pleasant . Thank you to you all"

"The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. They provided an adorable welcome basket in our room. We arrived for our 4pm check in and were informed there would be no hot water for the night for showers. They had plenty of time to contact us ahead of time about this issue. We paid extra for a balcony but when we went to sit outside there was some type of external system (for dryers or something) right out our balcony. It was blowing the hottest air right at the balcony we couldn't even go outside. Then, our air-conditioning unit was leaking water, we had to keep a towel under it because we kept stepping in it. Luckily we were only staying one night but pretty disappointed. We weren't even offered some type of discount for all the issues. "

"Not one bad thing just small annoyances - There was no towels by the hot tub, staff was on their cell phones in the elevator, our refrigerator in the room didn’t work, and why only one chair on the balcony when two people stay in the room."
