「We had a wonderful stay at Feliz's home. The house was immaculate and very well maintained, and our host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The deck is a beautiful space, with seating and a large picnic table, and a great grill. The downstairs is cozy, one large space with the kitchen and living area all together. There is no indoor dining table, so for 7-8 people to eat dinner together, it has to be at the table outside. There is a nice counter in the kitchen for breakfasts and...

We wanted a place to relax, enjoy some good food, and take in the area. The house is really charming for an older house. 「We were a big group..16 adults and 7 children. The families with children were well situated with nearby or adjacent rooms. Everyone had comfortable rooms which afforded privacy and quiet times. Each room had its own beautiful newly renovated bathrooms ( with great water pressure). The living and dining rooms were large and comfortable. The dining table was a loooong table with benches all around which easily sat our crowd. The backyard was gorgeous with beautiful views of the distant mountains....

「Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Fred was extremely kind and communicative. Our only issue was that the internet did not work, but Fred did his best to help. It may have been caused by a recent storm that caused outages days before. Because of that, I have to find a local coffee shop to get work done. Otherwise, the home was big, well maintained and very comfortable for our group of 10 adults and 4 children.」

It's big, beautiful, clean and so close to the stadium. Communication was amazing and we were even greeted when we arrived!
