「We came to this property because it was described on expedia web page as being pet friendly. There was, however a $50.00 pet deposit, preferably in cash, refundable upon check-out if no extra cleaning or pet damage noted. This was not mentioned in hotel's description. The facility was obviously undergoing rehab of old furniture and decorating with some completed and some not. 「Nice place」

「Quiet motel a little further from the interstate if you want to avoid road noise. Comfortable bed. Bathroom (toilet) had not been cleaned prior to our stay and was just covered (partially) with a towel to maybe hide the lack of cleaning ? Breakfast is in a tiny cramped room and is packaged food, cereal, and yogurt. It’s a place to sleep but not worth the 8-9 star reviews they supposedly. 」

「Clean room」

「Staff is SO kind and helpful. James was on premises when we checked in late, he helped us with everything and let us know about the amenities in the area as well. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We stayed in the “guest house” and it was incredibly comfortable and clean. Had easy access to a full kitchen, a nice hot shower, and washer/dryer. We loved talking to the other guests, I really can’t recommend this spot enough. We will 100% be coming back if in the area. 」

「Our employee's have stayed here before. However, this time was pretty terrible. Headboards in both rooms coming off, squeaking and uncomfortable beds. Also was not very clean. Not sure what has happened from December 2025 to March 2026 but it's not going in a great direction.」

「Avoid. We were sold a room without running water. Front desk guy was great, he gave us the next door room and told us not to worry about returning the key for the original room: great, because our baby had already gone to sleep. Next thing I know, the hotel owner/manager/whatever tried to let himself into our rooms at 10pm. I told him I’d pay for two rooms just to get him out of my hair. Not coming back ever.」

「チェックイン時、Hotels.comで予約したクレジットカード番号が違うと言われました。同サイトに登録したカードを提示したにも関わらず。。。 予約した禁煙ルームは２階でしたが、１階は喫煙ルームエリアらしく廊下にもタバコの臭いが充満していて通り抜けるだけで不快でした。なぜ喫煙ルームエリアを最上階である３階にしていないのか疑問です。 部屋は一見良さげでしたが、バスルームに置かれたタオルの上に蜘蛛が這っていました。ドライヤーホルダーがしっかり固定されていない、エアコンの音が思いのほか大きいなど気になる点がいくつかありました。 正直良い印象は残念ながら残りませんでした。」

「It was $77….it had homeless out front talking gibberish. It had dirty hallways . One of the beds had a public hair and poop stain. So no, it wasn’t a clean bed. No, they didn’t seem to care or refund, discount or nothing. For $77 we were fine with no breakfast or pool. We just needed a good shower and cleaned after a long travel day. As my husband said: no more $77 hotels. Shower was good. Everything else iffy. Don’t do it. There were all these good reviews and I don’t know why. If it hadn’t...

「Good location and easy access to and from property. Not many shops around the area. Bridge from Illinois to Kentucky is currently being worked on and down to one lane each way. 」

「The window to out side had a tarp on its one of the beds had dirt very visible on the sheets, so only used one of the beds. Radio was so sticky, did not want to set alarm, also wal mounted hair drier was just laying on the sink. 」
