Spirit of the Sea is the answer to all the questions you may have. This family-friendly home offers all the conveniences of a home and convenient beach access– there is a walking path right next to the house that leads directly to the soft sand and warm water of Popponesset Beach. It is a short quarter-mile walk down the path to the beach across a picturesque bridge on Dean Pond. Family barbecues can easily take place on the deck, which boasts a convenient outdoor dining area and gas grill. The perfect setting! There are also two outdoor showers to rinse off the sand after a sunny day at the beach.
Inside, this charming home offers a cozy open floor plan that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The living room has a wall-mounted Smart TV and two comfortable sofas. Just when you thought you'd have to miss your favorite series, this home has all the answers! Don't hesitate to plan movie nights with your loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you could need to prepare favorite snacks for movie nights and full-course meals. The Keurig coffee maker will be everyone's best friend, especially in the mornings. The basement features a recreation room with a foosball table and a television.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
