「This was our third visit and hopefully not out last. The location - backing to a salt marsh where we could watch the tides - was spectacular, and our room #3 was very cozy. It had everything we needed - including a beautiful balcony with rocking chairs. There are no restaurants close by, but a light continental breakfast was provided at the office. The motel is right off Route 6A, which was amazingly quiet at night.」

「The staff was very helpful when we checked in. They don't seem to have a dedicated front desk person so when we arrived at 2, I had to go find someone. The breakfast spread was pretty generous. Looks like they bake their muffins on site. Couple issues with the room. The TV was on when we came into our room. I thought it was a welcoming thing. We turned it off but it kept coming back on, several times. They were very prompt in having someone reprogram it. But it was on when we returned from...

「Great location - in walking distance to ferry. Nice, small private beach. Very small, minimalist rooms that are good for a short stay on the island. Updated furnishings but still an older motel - rooms have a smell; step back from the shower water when someone flushes the toilet or you get scolding hot water, etc.」

「We did not end of staying there. We drove past the property, it looked extremely run down, construction crew on sight, blue tarps, fencing, etc. The photos online did not look accurate. I immediately went to the Hyannis Harbor Hotel (sister property) to inquire on an upgrade. The front desk staff gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room at the Hyannis Harbor Hotel and were extremely friendly, gracious and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay at the Hyannis Harbor Hotel and will continue to stay...
