「The staff were. All friendly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay from suggesting places to see and taking us to the neighbor’s to see a small farm cooking a special lunch for us from the produce of the farm!!! They certainly made our stay feel like a home」

「1人旅で訪れた。スタッフが非常にフレンドリーで快適。元日系ホテルであったからか、バスタブがあり、湯量も問題なくゆったり湯に浸かれた。 フロント、コンシェルジュ、レストラン、宿泊棟のスタッフ全員、親切であった。 ただプールはファミリーが多いためかにぎやかであった。またビーチは狭く波も高いため優雅にビーチライフという感じではないが、私は別に気にならなかった。」

「My family really enjoyed stay at Bali Dynasty Resort hotel. Kids friendly restaurants were very helpful for us because we have a 4-year old boy. Then I was happy when I find out "dosa (Indian traditional breakfast)" at the restaurant because I really like it. It tasted good! The Cleanliness of the room was good. Especially, bed making was perfect, so we were able to sleep well every night during stay. House keeping staff worked very well in a short time during we play at the swimming pool. It...

「This is a brand-new hotel, and honestly, I was very impressed by the level of service. Even though it’s an independent brand, the service easily matches that of major international hotel chains. Breakfast was excellent, with a strong focus on healthy options, and the fresh juices were especially refreshing. I stayed in the mezzanine villa, which was absolutely amazing. The spacious layout and the large bathtub were real highlights. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be coming back.」
