"Shared bathroom means you could be waiting a while to use it. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going."

Cons: Die Terrasse/Garten ist nicht an die Wohnung angeschlossen, sondern nur durch ein Verlassen des Hauses zu erreichen und es gibt kein WLAN (außerdem ist der Handyempfang in der Wohnung sehr schlecht). The property is within walking distance to many beaches and restaurants. I definitely recommend this property to those looking for a less touristy destination in italy.
