「We have stayed in various 5 star hotels, none compare to Borgo Vita Novella. What makes this boutique resort in Pachino so outstanding: First and foremost the staff (Ursula, Martina, Christopher, Giovanni, Ignazio, Elisabetta, Angela, Govanna, Concetta, Forensa, HAPPY and Enrica) are friendly, welcoming, genuine, attentive and provide outstanding service. 「This hotel is a hidden gem in the Sicilian countryside! The staff were welcoming and very helpful. They provided some great advice and assistance with visits to nearby sites.
