「The hotel overall is a very cute, trendy, and in a convenient location. But we had a lot of concerns: 1. The fridge had an odor of old food along with stains in it 2. The only mirror is the bathroom sink 3. There was nowhere in the shower to place my own toiletries; also difficult to wash legs without a step of some sort 4. The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5. Called guest services/housekeeping 3 times...

「キャンセル不可の予約にもかかわらず、大雪でいけなくなったとエクスペディアスタッフから連絡してもらったら、気持ちよく手数料もなしでキャンセルしてくれた。その２週間後にこのホテルを訪れ３泊する予定だったのだが、急遽移動しなくてはならず、２泊分の相談をしたところ、これも気持ちよくキャンセルしてくれた。 とにかくフロントの女性がフレンドリーで親切だった。 この後に泊まったマリオットはすべてが最悪だったが、同じ系列とは到底思えないほど、ここは良かった。」

「I thought Best Westerns were hotels not motels when booking, so was not what I expected when I got to the property. The shower drain was insufficient for the amount of water coming out of the shower head so the tub backed up. Overall just a bunch of small things that each individually wouldn't be a problem but were so numerous that I would not stay at this property again.」

「Basic hotel room. Noisy night club across from property. So no parking on weekends. So many people outside. Not safe area」

「Staff at check in very helpful. Room very clean but public areas lobby halls etc dingy need deep cleaning and tlc. Lights and outlets next to bed did not work. HVAC fine. Shower was abysmal. Not enough pressure to rinse out shampoo or soap. Either head is clogged or pipes inadequate. Either way very medicore stay. Breakfast pretty bare or basic. Look elsewhere 」

「Dirty room, no toilet paper in our room or at the hotel at all. There was one employee working, they brought us a half used roll of toilet paper. Sketchy area.」
