"The staff was amazing, the hotel has a great routine with hotel room cleanliness for longer term stays. The pool was a good size, fire place going often, grills available for use as well. We would definitely stay again!"

"First, the hot tub was NOT functional during my entire stay. No Sign Posted, either. Second, we had to call the front desk THREE times just to get towels. Third, one of the fire pits was not functional. Many guests, including my family, were unable to enjoy sitting by it. Fourth, there was a COCKROACH in our bathroom! How DISGUSTING! I have pictures and a video of the cockroach for proof. In short, I will NEVER stay at your hotel again. I was really exciting after looking at the hotel online. However, it was a VERY disappointing experience. I complained to the front desk about these complaints. We were just given one free breakfast voucher for our troubles. WOW! I was at least expecting some type of rebate on our total hotel stay."

"Beautiful hotel with a large area for a happy hour or dinner. We had a perfect stay, the room was spacious, clean and quiet,comfy bed. The breakfast was very good, omelet station and variety quality food. A pleasant staff everywhere. I recommend, and planning to go back :)"
