We invite you to book your stay with us today!

You will be renting the entire house with a private fully fenced-in backyard and 4-car driveway which even fits smaller boats on a trailer.

Don`t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or requests. We are just a phone call or text away.
We live in the area and are always happy to share the secret local spots.

Navarre is perfectly located between Destin (23 miles) and Pensacola Beach (18 miles). The house is only 3.3 miles away from Navarre Beach, which offers a lot of free parking and a boat ramp.

The house itself is located in a safe neighborhood. In walking distance to Navarre High School (4 min) and a Dollar General (2 min) to get some snacks, sunscreen or firewood for the fire pit.

You will find everything you need for a great vacation in close proximity: Restaurants, grocery stores, boat rentals, spa`s and yoga studios.

Navarre is perfectly located between Pensacola and Destin. You will find lots of restaurants, stores and outdoor activities in Navarre aka `Florida`s most relaxing place`

Pensacola Beach: 18 miles
Destin: 23 miles
- No visitors. $50 fee for every unapproved guest

The house was great and such a good place for pets. It was close to the beach and to stores. The yard was big and enclosed so we did not have to keep the dogs on a leash. If we stay again in Navarre, we will definitely check and see if this house is available.

The house was great! We stayed for 5 weeks and found that the location was close to everything. We especially loved the fenced in backyard for the dogs. And it was so great to meet Franziska who was very warm and was quick to answer our questions and replace the door opener batteries. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Nice size place close to the beach

The house was plenty big enough for my large family. It had all the necessary amenities and a huge backyard for my dogs. The house is minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from Destin where we rented a pontoon boat for the day. We would recommend the house to anyone.

A wonderful stay at Sunny Escape

My family had a wonderful experience while staying at Sunny Escape. Our host was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had before and during our stay there. The place was very clean and well stocked with kitchen ware, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo/ conditioner, etc. We brought our family dog, and she loved being in the backyard, and there’s a great dog park that is about a 10 minute walk down the road. Dollar General and a gas station was practically next to the property, so we could walk there for any small needs. The only thing I would suggest to the host is to maybe put a foam top on the bed mattresses as the beds were hard and a little uncomfortable for sleeping. Other than that, the place was perfect for our family!

Excellent location, spacious home.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this house, my dogs too. It is located few minutes from.the Navarre Beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Very clean and spacious. Hosts provided enough cleaning and personal hygiene products to make you feel home, nothing to envy to a good hotel. The hosts are very friendly and responsive making our stay in their house a great experience. Thanks Franziska and Jess.

Amazing Service

My husband and I literally planned a last minute trip to the beach and we were having difficulty booking. I messaged the host and she helped me throughout the whole process so I could book. The entire process was so easy and the host was so attentive and sweet. She would reply to my messages in minutes. This home is super nice and homey feeling. I would definitely stay here again.

The best hosts ever!

Fransiska and her Husband are absolutely the best host’s a guest could ask for! They have gone above and beyond to accommodate myself my Husband and my pup pup. Their home is beautiful and the pictures just don’t do it justice!

Beautiful Home

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures!!! We just relocated and needed a long term rental to bridge our closings. This place was perfect!! The house is big and spacious and very modern. The owners were so helpful and accommodating. The location is great!! It’s only about 5 minutes to the Navarre Beach!!! There is a dog park within walking distance and a local brewery a short car ride away. There are plenty of great dining option very close by. I would 💯 recommend this house to my friends and relatives.
