「Very well located. Nice and unique decoration of the house. Rooms are very pretty. Staff is very kind. Service is good. The manager pay attention to any claim. Breakfast was good. There is a fridge, tea and coffee in the share areas.We enjoyed our stay!! I would just recommend to change the beds upstairs, as they are very hard and uncomfortable ( downstair our bed was better). =)」

「PLEASE BE AWARE. This place overbooks clients so when you arrive they say there is NO reservation under your name. Then they send you to another location of much lower quality. People at the new location confirmed that they do this all the time. It is not a mistake but rather a scam. I left that second location and was lucky to find a nice hotel nearby for the same price. 「Because we were only stopping for 2 nights we weren't too particular as to the room so chose the cheapest option but in retrospect we should have picked one next to the pool. We were in an annexe a 20meters away and it was a small room, though it did provide an effective ac unit, tea and coffee facilities, hit shower, clean towels both days, mosquito net, and it was clean and well presented. 「I stayed here one night after landing in stone town. Perfect spot to nap on and off to get through the jet lag and be right in the heart of stone town. Extremely walkable to sites. The rooms are spacious, excellent shower and super comfy bed. Very clean and was just what I was looking for. Please note that it was a bit difficult to find. The taxi just dropped me off on the main road because cars can’t access the small streets. Once you know where it is, it’s super simple to return to」
