"Staff was amazing I was there in Memphis for my grandma funeral and they treated me sooo well even tho my visit was a sad occasion they made sure me and my son was safe and welcome there was a dog barking on the middle of the day and the staff got right on it move me to a different room and was very helpful. I left earlier then book due to not feeling well and the evening guy that work Saturday showed me how to use a Lyft to get me back to Amtrak insured me & my son was safe i never traveled with my younger son alone so I was nervous but the STAFF HERE WAS AMAZING 10stars 💙"

"This was my second stay at this property and I enjoyed everything about it. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The staff is easy to reach. The complimentary breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch. The onsite bar is upscale and service was excellent. The location is very walkable and in close proximity to plenty of restaurants. The rooms have a wet bar with a large refrigerator. The addition of in room alcohol for purchase was a nice touch. There were several wine, beer and cocktail choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat while they explore downtown Memphis. "

"We have stayed in The Cottage numerous times. Perfect for a weekend in downtown Memphis. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and convenient. It is about a 15 minute walk to the major downtown attractions including being across the street from the Civil Rights Museum. Even though we have never needed them the hosts are always available. "
