「The pictures on Expedia was totally different than in person. The pool wasn't open, there was a cover on it and there was trash and filth on pool cover and in pool area. There was trash on concrete outside of the rooms. I was traveling with a church friend and my parents, so we had 2 different rooms. My parents had to get their pillow case changed because there was black stuff all over them. 「Check-in was relatively easy and un-complicated, even though we arrived after hours. The property manager, Marilyn, was friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. There wasn't really any information in the room about what was available nearby or even the fact that there is an ice machine on site and no ice bucket is provided, so we went our whole stay without ice because we didn't know.
