Arrived to check-in & property was definitely more run down & dirty then the description & photos. Upon talking with the clerk, our reservation was cancelled apparently automatically due to other guests extending their stay. That was fine, I was going to cancel anyway. Staff was courteous.

Good deal for the price. Great cable flat screen TV, clean room. We stay here all the time. We do take all our own linens including 4 Xtra pillows n light comforter n 2 blankets. The bedding and towels bare minimum. No shampoo or soap if u have more than one strand of hair. The room is great for location and extremely great deal. We always feel safe and welcome and appreciated. We love Tim. Really great ac!

The rooms don't have coffee makers in them. Considering the age of the hotel, and rustic nature of the building and rooms, I believe the price is a bit too high. I believe the cost should be about half of what they actually are. I don't mind the rustic style of the rooms and hotel, because I'm a no frills kind of person anyway, I'm just saying that the quality doesn't match the price.

The linens were clean and fresh smelling, good selection of programs on tv, internet and lots of hot water!!! Heat and AC worked fine.....I used both during my stay since the temps dropped a bit. The pool had not been filled yet. It is an older property and I got a great rate because of that. Surroundings made me feel safe- very good because I am older woman traveling alone. Best part of my stay was interaction with staff. Very friendly and helpful and genuinely cared about my comfort. Can't buy that in a 4 Star resort.

A man asked my husband if he would like to purchase a prostitute. There was a revolving door of traffic all night, too scary to actually sleep.

The ac was was so loud we couldn't use it. The sheets were not clean on the bed... if they were clean then they were grossly stained. The bed was also hard and clanked with every movement you made. The desk chair was broke and wouldn't raise up to the desk at all. Ended up not even sleeping there. Only good thing there was the kind lady at the desk.
