You can stop looking! Young@Hart is the vacation experience you have been searching for. This newly renovated home provides a short, easy walk to your own covered dock with slip on deep water. This serene, cul-de-sac like location offers all of the amenities of the lake without all the traffic.

Pull your boat into the slip, or simply take advantage of our kayaks; the lake is at your disposal. Dive off the dock or roll out the lily pad to have unforgettable fun in the water. Be sure to try your luck at catching brimm, catfish or bass right off the dock or utilize one of our fishing kayaks. Take advantage of the dock's WiFi to listen to music or upload a live video to show off your vacation on social media.

Finish the day watching the sunset from the dock's porch swing. After dark, share stories around the fire pit under the stars or take a dip in the hot tub.

Inside the home, your crew can spend hours playing pool, air hockey, foosball, or a selection board games.

The Young@Hart lake house provides a welcoming living room and fully equipped kitchen. Of course, you will likely want to spend your time winding down the hours on the screened-in deck, which offers ample comfortable seating.

This house provides your group with four bedrooms, including three with king beds, and a fourth with two sets of bunk beds (2 twin & 2 full). Two king bedrooms are located upstairs while the bottom floor has two adjoining bedrooms with a family style layout. All four rooms are set up with large Roku TVs & every mattress is brand new memory foam which is extremely comfortable.

The bunk bed room is like entering a forest! This space was designed to create an unforgettable experience for the little ones.

Martin, Georgia is perfect for getting away from it all. The nearest towns are Lavonia and Toccoa. Each are approximately 15 minutes away, and have a grocery store and multiple restaurants. Keowee Toxaway State Park and many hiking trails are within an hour of the property. A great place to spend the day in the summer is The Shores of Asbury. This is a floating water park 40 minutes away

3 minutes to Jenkins Ferry Boat Ramp, 45 minutes to Clemson.

Young@Hart wad a great rental. We felt right @home. The hosts provided good communication and checked on our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. There were many activities to keep us all entertained. The dock provided swimming, kayaking and fishing. There were games galore inside. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely family weekend at the lake

The property was exactly what we needed to get our family together for an extended weekend. We enjoyed water activities by the lake at the dock. We grilled steaks and played games at the dining room table. We are already planning our next visit!

We had a fantastic time celebrating our son’s birthday with family and friends! Great location and amenities: full kitchen, large bedrooms, game room, spa, barbecue, fire pit, dock and lake access. (we took advantage of it all!!) We would highly recommend this to others looking for a lake getaway.

Wonderful Place for a Family Vacation

We had such an amazing Thanksgiving week staying at this beautiful house! It has everything you need, it is very well organized and perfect for families with kids. The playroom and fire pit were our kid’s favorite! We also really enjoyed the kayaks and the lake. Kelly and Kimberly were amazing hosts providing all the necessary information before we got there and also very responsive with anything we needed! Highly recommend this place!!

Second Time Did Not Disappoint

This was our second time staying at this property, and just like last time, we were completely satisfied. We had everything we needed for a fun stay with teens on spring break. Although the water was still very cold, that did not stop us from having a great time. The kids enjoyed the game room and kayaks while the adults enjoyed relaxing time on the screen porch overlooking the lake. There were also plenty of games for family game nights. We rented a pontoon one day from C&E and that also did not disappoint. Also our second time renting from them and would certainly do again.

Weekend trip

This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location. The house itself is wonderful, with a perfect game room (air hockey, pool, foosball, Cracker Barrel-style checkers). The bedrooms are great. The hot tub, kayaks, and dock are fantastic. We spent the afternoon in early November in the water. 10/10

Beautiful lake home in the country

Traveling for a family wedding our group was grandparents parents and kids. It was a beautiful setting. The home was very comfort for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, air hockey table, fire pit and the lake. Fall colors were beautiful! This is place is on our radar for a return in the summer.

Perfect Lake Getaway

Our family of two adults and three teens had a wonderful time during our 4-night stay. The house was equipped with everything we needed, and the communication with the host was exceptional. Although the water was still cold, we jumped in a bit and there were plenty of other things to keep us occupied. The hot tub, fire pit and game room provided enough variety for everyone. We rented a pontoon from C&E rental, and that was also a very positive experience.

High Scool Graduation Celebration with Family

We traveled to the beautiful home from just outside of Charlotte. We originally had planned an additional change but when something came up with our son’s schedule the hosts were flexible and helped make our stay work. The house was clean, perfect size for everyone to hang out and have fun together or have privacy in their own space. There were plenty of toys with a covered porch, swings and a fire pit. Would definitely go back

Spring break party of 12!

Myself and my husband along with four teenage boys, in addition to my sister and her husband plus their four kids, ranging in age from 6-15 had a wonderful stay! The home was clean (even made available two hours earlier yay) and easy to find! Check in was simple, host was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. The property is not steep, which is rare on the lake. Easy to get up and down to the dock. The kayaks were great to have, hot tub was perfect for the cool evenings. Game room totally was a hit! Beds are so comfortable (also a rare find in a lot of rentals), linens were soft and cozy. Adequate pillows and blankets. Porch swing and dock swing we loved! Nothing negative to say about this property! Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us, lots of great family memories were made this week.

Last Min Rental

Loved all the extra amenities!! 4 canoes, Lilly pad, fire pit, hot tub, life jackets, pool/air hockey table, checkers table, corn hole, etc, etc. More than enough sleeping space! Swings on screened in porch & on pier…loved them!!! Gas &:or charcoal grill. Full kitchen. I brought my own paper products for bath, kitchen. Way more than enough parking in the driveway…it looked like a used parking lot with all our cars,lol!! Great communication with owners. We had a great time! Lot’s of memories made!! It’s on our favorites list!!! We’ll be back!!

Family Holiday Getaway

Honestly the property was very nice and in a quiet area. The teens loved that they could go out in the lake and I could watch them from the porch or dock. It was smaller than I expected but still very cute and great for what we were wanting. The only complaint I had was it didn’t seem as though it had been cleaned by whom ever the owners had come clean it. That was a little stressful having a 1 year old wanting to get on the floor right away. So we cleaned it when we arrived. The owners were very apologetic and always answered quickly when I reached out to them. Other than that everything else was great.

Perfect Week at the Lake!

We absolutely loved our 10 days at Young @ Hart! The owners were really wonderful to work with, and always responded immediately to any questions we had. The house is located in a quiet part of the lake with a wonderful open cove that is perfect for swimming and kayaking. The swim mat that is provided is always a favorite with the kids and adults! Our family loved spending mornings on the screened in porch with our coffee, and evenings on the dock with cocktails watching the sunset. If you rent a lot of houses, you will especially appreciate all the thought and small touches that these owners put into the house (labels on light switches, multi-cord charging stations in each bedroom, an AMAZING information packet that tells you exactly what is at the house prior to arriving, PLENTY of lifejackets in every size possible, etc). We would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect Stay

We had the best time. The property is beautiful, and it had so much room. There was 11 of us and the entire family loved the dock. My youngest grandchildren, 5 year old twins. fished for the first time at the dock and caught a fish within minutes. They were so happy and excited. We rented a boat one day but the rest of the time was spent at the house. There was so much to do there we didn’t need to go anywhere else. The owners were very helpful and worked with us on check in and check out times which we appreciated so much. We loved the property and hope to go back again next year. They really did think of everything that you need and went the extra mile to make it enjoyable for all ages. The game room was a huge hit. Our grand kids are ages 5-11 and there was something for all of them to do. The Kayaks and dock was a favorite for the grown kids. The old folks ( me and grandpa) loved the screened in porch and the dock, and watching the sunset. Everyone enjoyed swimming at the dock. We had no complaints about anything other than the time went by too fast.
