「The lights were flickering, the cups for the bathroom were plastic, the shower had no shower head (or it was not working). Not worth the money」

「Very good」

「very good location. close from the Castro theatre and facing to a useful glocery.nice bar at floor 1.enjoy evey single second by based on the Castro hotel.」

「Great staff and a great experience!!!」

「Nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but the surroundings were horrendous. I've only got myself to blame for booking a stay right in the midst of the infamous Tenderloin, but still the room reeks of dog pile or marijuana, crazy people shouting in the midnight, police raids and sirens going on seemingly forever, and the safety around is also of great concern. Again, nothing wrong with the hotel, the staff were great people, the room was tidy and clean (except for the smell). Would have been a...

「not recommend」
