「The staff's service was excellent overall, but there was one person at the front desk whose explanation was a bit careless—even though I just asked about the location of the elevator. The hotel advertises high-speed internet, but in some rooms, the WiFi signal was weak and difficult to connect to. The pool facilities and bar stayed open late into the night, making it a very comfortable place to stay. I would like to visit again.」

「We had such a lovely stay! The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well after long days at the Disney parks. It’s only a short ride to Disney, which was super convenient for us. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar – food and drinks were really nice (a little on the pricey side, but that’s to be expected so close to Disney). Simba and Jared were great!
