"Beautiful area and close to everything. We walked to all the key places. The view from our bedroom was nice, but the room itself was a bit smaller than expected, the AC was noisy, and the tub fixture was not well-maintained (maybe only in that specific room). The staff was friendly and our trip was pleasant."

I had to move rooms because the first one was unfinished (toilet seat up, not wiped, hairs, pee ring around base of toilet) and the room they moved me to had more hair and scum in the toilet seat. I just went down and got Clorox wipes from the front desk. There were some ants on the desk but that was it. "

"Don’t recommend spending the extra money for a city view it’s a scam there’s not even any accessible points for a view on any side of the building so it’s pointless if you’re gonna book just get a regular room u might even get a better view than I did lol, they also do the bare minimum as far as amenities and room service, place was overall clean and helpful staff"

"Breakfast was not included but there is a restaurant colliding (Elephant and Castle). The West Adam’s Club Quarters is an old and outdated property but room was ok, cleaned daily and the staff super friendly. Location was unique, it is near a lot of opportunities to see points of interest in this beautiful city. Near train stations and places to have lunch/diner "
