「シャワーのお湯が十分に出ないのがしんどかったです。部屋の暖房（？）が入りっぱなしで扇風機を常時回していないと暑く温度調節が難しかったです。」

「There was an issue at check in regarding our family room whereby the expedia booking info hadn't pulled through correctly to the hotel. I would recommend emailing the hotel after booking to reconfirm everything. The family room was a decent size, although towels were stained and the free mini's were half used. The pool facilities were lovely. The pool was a little chilly, but jacuzzi very nice and warm.」

「Room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was good.」

「２連泊しましたが、ドアマンはとても親切でフレンドリーでした。」

「Rebecca is the beating heart of this place. Such a warm welcome and a fab breakfast! Stayed for 3 nights last week and had a lovely time. The b&b is closing which is sad but best of luck for the future Rebecca (and husband) wishing much success and happiness to you both!」

「部屋はとても清潔で、食堂の照明が綺麗でした。朝食はそれぞれの食材が良かったです。」

「Very nice family room that was very clean. Only downside was toilet appeared to be leaking. Beds were very comfortable. Great selection at breakfast.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location and staff were all very friendly and helpful. The luggage storage facility was great for both pre and post check in. Will stay again when next in Chester if the price is right」

「Lovely overnight stay, food and service excellent. Another chair would have been useful. 」

「It was last minute plan change from my usual stay in old hall not too far from this hotel, just being curious to find another one. Not so sure was that a right decision, Building is beautiful and amazing gland entrance and big room, however, the service is not that good. Bistro is full of student part timers, not many choice for break fast, a bit shaby as high grade hotel. My sister who does not live in UK did not have the idea of having a cold croissant for breakfast put it to toaster which...
