"After staying at a couple of nights at high-end resort rooms in the Big Bend area--which were "just okay" in terms of room size, we were pleasantly surprised to open the door to the Emory room at Paisano RV Park & Inn. Instead of an older, dark room what we found at Paisanos was a bright, super large one bedroom apartment: seating area, kitchen, small dining table and chairs, and a lovely king size bedroom. The bed was incredibly comfy, the bathroom was large also. The location was not far from the Starlight Theater Restaurant ; the entrance to the Big Bend Ranch State Park was also close-by. The exterior of the building (with big wire dinosaur) and plain edifice was somewhat deceiving, and not at all indicative of the room we enjoyed for our one night stay. If we get to return to the Big Bend area, this would be our first choice for an accommodation, (albeit no pool, golf course or fancy courtyards at the resorts). We do recommend the nearby Far Flung Outdoor Center that arranged for our canoe paddling experience down the Rio Grande."

"Everything was perfect from the word go! We had to reserve last minute because our first rental was a nightmare. This place was super nice! Clean, cool, quiet, comfortable, excellent host and excellent communication!! We would stay again and it would be our first choice next time!"
