「Palm Rotana North Coast was a genuinely excellent experience. The atmosphere is calm, elegant and very relaxing, but what impressed me most was the staff. From breakfast to reception, housekeeping and the teams around the hotel, everyone was welcoming, attentive and consistently pleasant. That simple “good morning” and smile from almost every employee creates a very positive feeling throughout the stay.
The breakfast team and reception staff deserve special praise.
