"Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit einer super Aussicht auf die komplette Bucht. Es gibt alles was man braucht (bis auf einen Toaster). Es war super sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ein extrem kurzer Weg zum Strand. Von der Terasse aus kann man seinen Kaffee genießen und sogar größere Kinder schon vor schicken zum Baden, einfach völlig entspannt. Das einzige was zu kritisieren ist, hat jedoch nichts mit der Vermietung zu tun, ist die Dorfjugend, welche bis in der Nacht der Meinung ist, ihre Kräfte...

"We stayed here with our three teenage daughters (one slept in the family room). Apartment was clean and comfortable. Had all the basic essentials. Host was very friendly and helpful. Short, steep walk down to the water, and then a 5-10min walk along the water over to the main beach area where there are a few restaurants and shops for renting paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Getting to the town requires a short windy drive over a small mountain. Getting over to Split or Trogir is not...

"This stay was amazing. The property is well located for approximity to the small town but is sufficiently isolated to be intimate and private. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the view of the bay. Our hosts were very accommodating and communicative. It was a perfect vacation for 4 couples."

"We traveled with friends, and this hotel was perfectly located on our way from Split to Plitvice Lakes. We didn’t want to stay in the city; we were looking for something small, right on the water, with a local feel and very few tourists — and that is exactly what we found. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic — honestly, the kind of breakfast you would expect at a six-star hotel. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and such a wonderful way to start the day. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the morning swim. The water was incredibly refreshing, and starting the day with a swim right outside the hotel was unforgettable. Although the hotel is not new and could use a deeper cleaning in some areas, the wonderful staff made us forget about any small inconveniences. Dear Alexander, Ana, and Ivana — thank you so much for the wonderful time. You were truly instrumental in making our stay fun, warm, and memorable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel. "Wir waren 4 Tage dort ,mit 2 Erwachsene 3 Kinder und einem Hund ( Pudel ) . Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und freundlich ,und helfen in allen Belangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt,es war alles da was man braucht. Das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich. Die Einkaufs Möglichkeit sind nur mit Auto zu erreichen. Jeden Morgen um 9 Uhr kommt ein Auto der frische Brötchen bringt,Vormittags kommt ein Auto mit frischem Fisch und Meerestiere. Also wenn das kein Luxus ist. Wir als Familie können dieses Appartement sehr empfehlen. Und werden nächstes Jahr auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank noch mal an die Vermieter für die tolle Zeit. LG Familie Köhler"

"Hyggelig og pæn lejlighed med hav- og pooludsigt. Max 5 minutters gang fra marinaen, men ligger stadig tilbagetrukket. Supermarked og bager i gåafstand. Strand 10 minutters gågang. a Tilgængelig og hjælpsom vært, som bor på stedet. Godt udgangspunkt til udflugter som f.eks. Krka, Split, Trogir og forskellige strande."

Beautiful family frendly holiday home with private swiming pool

"The house is beautiful. Clean and well maintained. The host is very nice and helpful. And so is his family. Nice pool. Beautiful balcony. The parking could be better, but Gustirna is a tiny little town with very narrow streets. Not easy for anyone. We came with a 7m camper and Ivan had a place 2 minutes walk from the house. Convenient. Wnen we came there were freshly baked donuts, water, milk and juice in the fridge and something strong for those in need for that. We got fresh vegetables almost every day, and also olive oil. When we left we got nice , tasteful gifts. Could not be better. This is really a place to visit. Thank you Ivan and family."

"The location of the house cannot be beat! Oceanfront home with pool and great outdoor area close to store, bakery, gift shop, bar/restaurant. Three separate living areas and kitchens make this property ideal for large groups. Highly recommend"
