「Great Hotel, Very Modern I had a great time, the ambiance is amazing !!」

「Sucks」

「There was no hair dryer in my room, and even after calling the front desk three times, they just told me to check with another desk. In the end, no one brought it to me. Is it even possible for a hotel nowadays to not have a hair dryer or fail to deliver one? I am very disappointed.」

「Unless you’re desperately needing a place to stay, skip this one. Unless you’re super budget conscious, skip this one. They couldn’t offer me early check-in and then had the audacity to not only say no to the early check-in (I was going to pay the fee), they told me I wouldn’t be able to check in until 5:45. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do. Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,...

「No staff available, you just have a code to get in. No floor numbers, and when you open the door you thought it was a maintenance closet so just keep going around the bend! Room was nice but some outlets were coming out of the wall and not working. The mini fridge was in a cabinet and making it super hot, so that made us a little nervous lol Nice location though! Very walkable and a restaurant attached. Parking garages nearby.」
