「Host would not answer messages, calls or text from me or from Vrbo so my family and I were stranded with no place to stay. Spent an hour and 45 minutes on phone with Vrbo customer service. Was told a supervisor would call me back so that I wouldn’t have to wait on hold longer. They never called. I called Vrbo back and spent another hour and a half on the phone with them before they would refund. 」

「Lovely cottage, a few short blocks from town center, so feels ‘away’ but still immediately near everything. Cozy, cute, private, decor was well done, bed was extremely comfy, bathroom was awesome.Owners were lovely and accommodating as well. 12/10 would rent again. 」

「Everything simply magical about this place. We came for a frigid weekend and I was worried we wouldn’t be warm enough but when we arrived at the property the lights and heat were on, fun music was playing and we felt so immediately welcomed! The only small criticism I have is that the lockbox to get in while charming is incredibly difficult to use. We arrived very late after an 8 hour journey, cold and tired, and just wanted in but it took us a good 15 minutes to open the lockbox. 」
