「A boutique accommodation in a beautiful setting with charming rooms and a wonderful onsite restaurant.」

「Very nice views close to Jelenia Gora , close to Japanese Garden / Park . This is not a place where You will go for all convenience . It is a more of resort than a regular hotel, if U R looking for more of the hotel like experience this one it is not . More for families with kids for longer stay . Kitchen is fully stocked , wood stove , lots of cabinet space ....nice but not necessary my type of place . Spa , pool, some other services on site .Clean overall , staff is very welcoming」

「Excellent location, polite and helpful staff, just the room isolation was poor, temperature adjusted as needed, very good and tasty breakfast」

「Amazing stay. Beautiful place!」

「Hotel was amazing, location, service, parking, all great, very modern with a feel of being part of the great castle. My biggest issue was no AC, I don’t want to sound like a spoiled American, BUT, it got hot, me and two teenagers, I opened a window we turned the fan on, it was ok, but the window had no screen, WHY!!!!!, a bee flew into our room, my kids saw it but didn’t tell me, I turned the lights off, called it a night, BAM!!!, my daughter got stung, she’s allergic to a lot of things but...

Alles 」

「Ośrodek warty polecenia. Dobra lokalizacja oraz przystępna cena. Bardzo dobre i różnorodne śniadania.」

「Great location, nice modern room. Four star hotel with European standard. Missing a few basic room amenities for American tourists, like tissues, washcloths, ir a chair in the room.」
