「Wirklich großartiges Preis-Leistungsvethältnis. Schön gelegen, schöner weg zum Strand. Tennisplatz, Pool und Tischtennis und noch mehr kleine Extras im Preis enthalten, einfach super. Der Inhaber ist freundlich und gibt gerne Tipps. Kleine Mankos: Die Anlage ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist relativ überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden vielleicht einen halben Stern abziehen. 」

「Our room had a big problem with the smell of sewage coming on the bathroom at the first night, making it very unpleasant to shower or even to sleep (bedroom right next to bathroom). We contacted reception the next morning and were told dismissively by the owner that someone would check the issue after we went out to the beach. When we came back, nothing changed (the smell was still terrible) and we had no message from the hotel. Asking again the reception, we were told that nothing could be...

「Sehr gemütlich und familiär, der Pool mit der Aussicht auf die umliegenden grünen Hügel und auf das Städtchen Capoliveri war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und komfortabel. Besonders schön war auch der Aussensitzplatz. Die Inhaberfamilie war sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. An den Strand gehts mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten.」

「La struttura si presenta bella grande, con piscina e servizi, purtroppo il servizio non è stato all'altezza della struttura, nonostante i 4 giorni, 3 notti, passate in struttura, non ci è stata cambiata la biancheria, (asciugamani da doccia e bagno) e nemmeno rifatti i letti la 2 notte, trovata la camera come lasciata la mattina, quindi nemmeno pulita. La mattina alle ore 7,30 non vi era nessuno in reception, era chiusa completamente......... 」

「Bilocale pulito e ordinato, unica pecca il letto matrimoniale che erano due letti singoli, uno dei quali era un divano(un po’ scomodo) e da sotto usciva l’altro letto (abbastanza comodo). Reception poco curata, piscina pulita e ampia. Situato molto bene per raggiungere quasi tutti i luoghi e le spiagge. L’aeroporto adiacente disturba poco o niente, gli aerei sono piccoli e con poca frequenza.」

「Casa accogliente,forse un po' piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario per passare una buona vacanza in famiglia. La vista, il luogo e lo spazio esterno attrezzato danno sicuramente un valore in più alla struttura. Qualche problema con le zanzare. Comoda la discesa alla spiaggia del cotoncello che si raggiunge in 10min, spiaggia da cui poi seguendo il passaggio sulla costa si può raggiungere quella più attrezzata di S.Andrea.」

「Das Haus liegt in Zanca ca. 160 m über Seehöhe im Nordwesten von Elba, ziemlich abgeschieden. Bis zum Stand von St. Andrea geht man bergab ca. 15-20 Minuten, bergauf ist es besonders bei höheren Temperaturen schon recht anstrengend. Einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt gibt es in ca. 150 m Entfernung, einen Bäcker in ca. 500 m Entfernung (bergab). Die Hausausstattung ist unterdurchschnittlich. Es ist weder eine elektr. Kaffeemaschine noch ein Toaster vorhanden. Küchenutensilien sind einfacher Art....

「Sehr ruhig und dennoch alles was man braucht da. Bäcker 3Meter weg, Eisdiele 7m, zwei Bars 10 Meter. Aber sehr ruhig und sehr entspannt. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber top. Wer Ruhe möchte, aber gleichzeitig alles in der Nähe haben möchte, ist hier richtig.」
