A good breakfast made me satisfied

Breakfast was good. The room-to-room soundproofing was tenuous. There were no European standard schuko power sockets in the room for laptop charging. The hotel is reasonable for overnight stay if you don’t need to work.

Il soggiorno è stato buono nel suo complesso ma ho avuto difficoltà a far capire alla struttura che avevo il diritto ad utilizzare la notte bonus e che il mio soggiorno sarebbe costato 36€ circa e non 66.00 mentre dalla reception sostenevano che avrei dovuto pagare la cifra per intero perché loro non riconoscevano il prezzo pagato mediante app. È stato necessario fare intervenire l'operatore di Hôtels.com per risolvere la questione.

Non ci hanno lasciato tardare il check in, che avevamo bisogno di fare perché rimasti in panne con l’auto non saremmo mai arrivati in tempo per l’orario da loro indicato.
