「The property was nice and well maintained but apparently charges a floating rate. There was no indication of this until the final receipt. Not surprisingly the cheapest night was the first night as quoted by Expedia. Every other night was different and more.」

「The location is excellent & it was super quiet! The AC is a wall unit so it is also super quiet! The bed was comfy & for a no frills motel & the least expensive in Grand Rapids, I would stay there again for sure. They do accept dogs for an extra $25. Mohamed has an ice maker in the lobby & the refrigerator gets super cold.」

「The property was well maintained and easy to use for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed pots/pans/dishes/utensils. We really enjoyed the fireplace. The listing wasn’t completely clear that the property was a part of a larger condo building with other guests staying right next door and there were a lot of flies and beetles on the floors and walls. 」
