「Big rooms.」

「The room and facility is good. But the guest service is quite poor, especially front desk staff. In fact, my deposit is not refunded yet although I checked out 3 days ago Oct.5. 」

「We are completely satisfied with our stay! There was a fatal system error with the booking platform, but the hotel staff was incredibly flexible and prioritized our comfort above all else. Our stay in Wuxi was absolutely wonderful because of them. Highly recommended! Thank you so very much and you guys are very professional!」

「We had an exceptional stay at this accommodation. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean. A special call out for the friendly cleaning lady who did a great job and left us plenty of water :-) Everything was very new. Location was perfect for our trip to be near the Expo Centre. There is a metro line just outside the hotel」
